Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Resolve customer issues and answer questions to maintain satisfaction.
• Register purchases at POS, process payments, voids, returns, and exchanges as needed.
• Keep shelves clean and merchandised, price items, and maintain inventory records.
• Assist with promotional displays, resets, and stock rotation.
• Support photo area and web pickup duties, including order fulfillment and delivery to customers.
