• Recommends items for sale and trade-up or companion items; maintains clean counters and shelves; assists with inventory and pricing.
• Handles returns, refunds, exchanges, and closes out transactions as needed.
• Provides customer service in the photo area and supports web pick-up orders and delivery to customers.
