• Recommend items, upsell, and assist with trade-up or companion products.
• Process transactions, returns, exchanges, and refunds while maintaining accuracy.
• Maintain store cleanliness, shelves, and stock rotation; support promotional displays.
• Follow asset protection procedures and comply with company policies.
