Responsibilities

• Engages customers by greeting them and assisting with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Registers sales on the cash register and handles transactions, refunds, exchanges, and rain checks as needed.
• Maintains clean, well merchandised counters and shelves; checks in and prices merchandise as directed.
• Implements asset protection procedures to minimize loss and ensures compliance with state/local laws on regulated products.
• Provides customer service in photo area and handles web pick-up duties for orders.
• Assists with store maintenance, displays, and stock rotation following policies.
