Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Process sales at the register and handle refunds, returns, or exchanges as needed.
• Keep counters and shelves clean and well merchandised and check in/prices as directed.
• Provide customer service in the photo area, including passport/photo services and related sales.
• Assist with web pickup tasks and deliver orders as they arrive at the store.
• Support store maintenance and comply with company policies and procedures.
