Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Customer Experience associate to greet customers, assist with products and services, and resolve questions to ensure a positive shopping experience. You will model service best practices and build loyalty through friendly, proactive help.

Responsibilities include registering purchases at the cash register, handling returns, maintaining clean, well-merchandised aisles, stocking, and supporting photo services and web order pickups.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Registers customer purchases on the cash register and processes returns, exchanges, and refunds as needed.
• Keeps counters and shelves clean and well merchandised; assists with stock rotation and restocking.
• Provides customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service and related products.
• Assists with exterior and interior maintenance and ensures store conditions meet company standards.
