Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assist with products, resolve issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Register purchases at the point of sale, handle cash, returns, refunds and exchanges.
• Keep counters and shelves clean, well merchandised, and price/stock items per policy.
• Provide photo area services (passport photo, poster print) and suggestive selling of promo products.
• Assist with web pick-up orders, pick items, and deliver orders to customers.
• Maintain store appearance and comply with company policies.
