Responsibilities

• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services; resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Models and shares customer service best practices with all team members to deliver a distinctive customer experience, including interpersonal habits and Walgreens service traits.
• Provides courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service.
• Recommends items for sale and trade-up/companion items.
• Registers purchases at the cash register; processes refunds, exchanges, voids, and rain checks.
• Keeps counters and shelves clean and merchandised; checks in and prices merchandise as directed.
• Implements asset protection procedures to identify and minimize losses.
• Ensures compliance with state/local laws on regulated products.
• Maintains displays and conducts product resets as directed.
• Assists with separation of food items and stock rotation; restocks as needed.
• Has working knowledge of store systems and equipment.
• Provides customer service in the photo area and web pickup duties.
• Assists with exterior/interior store maintenance and adheres to company policies.
• Completes special assignments as directed.
