Job summary

Responsibilities

• Registers sales on assigned cash register and provides courteous, fair, and efficient checkout service.
• Recommends items for sale and suggests trade-up and companion products.
• Handles cash, processes returns, refunds, exchanges, and rain checks as needed.
• Keeps counters and shelves clean, merchandised, and stocked; checks in and prices merchandise.
• Implements asset protection procedures and ensures compliance with laws on regulated products.
• Constructs displays and completes resets; assists with stock rotation and placement.
• Provides photo area services, including passport photos and promotional products.
• Supports web pick-up operations and delivers orders to customers.
• Participates in exterior and interior maintenance and maintains respectful coworker relations.
• Completes special assignments as directed by management.
