Job summary

Walgreens is hiring for a Customer Experience & Operations associate in California. You will deliver friendly checkout service, assist customers, and keep shelves well merchandised. You will recommend items and handle tickets, refunds, and exchanges with care.

Responsibilities include maintaining clean store conditions, protecting assets, and supporting photo services and web order pickups. A flexible schedule and prior retail experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willing to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Prefer six months of retail experience.
• Prior Walgreens experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, fast, and efficient checkout service.
• Recommend sale items and upsell/promotions.
• Handle returns, rain checks, refunds and exchanges.
• Maintain clean, well-merchandised counters and shelves.
• Assist with photo area and web order pickups.
• Follow asset-protection procedures and store policies.
• Complete special assignments as directed.
