Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior experience with Walgreens.

Responsibilities

• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Registers sales on assigned cash register and provides courteous, fair, friendly checkout service.
• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Resolves customer issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintains counters and shelves, checks in and prices merchandise, and restocks as directed.
• Suggests items for sale and recommends trade-up and companion items.
• Implements asset protection procedures to minimize loss.
• Provides customer service in the photo area and assists with web pick-up orders.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and maintains a neat store condition.
• Completes special assignments as needed.
