• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services, resolving issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Completes product returns, order voids, refunds, and cash handling with accuracy.
• Models and shares customer service best practices with team to deliver delightful experiences.
• Engages in store operations, pricing, displays and maintenance tasks as directed.
