Job summary

Responsibilities

• Engages customers, answers questions, and resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintains clean, stocked counters and shelves and assists with inventory checks.
• Operates store systems and provides service in photo, web-pickup, and other areas as needed.
• Assists with merchandising, displays, and shelf resets according to store policies.
• Provides customer service in handling returns, exchanges, and basic refunds.
• Ensures compliance with store policies and procedures and supports asset protection.
