Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Texas LLC is seeking a part-time Retail Associate to assist customers, handle sales transactions, and maintain a clean, organized store in Perryton, Texas. You will help unload trucks, restock merchandise, and ensure a safe, friendly shopping environment.

This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with prior customer service experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment in accordance with productivity standards.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness throughout the store, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable.
