Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a customer-focused team member to deliver fast, friendly checkout service and assist customers across store departments. You will engage customers, answer questions, and help them find products while maintaining clean aisles and well-merchandised displays.

Responsibilities include handling cash, processing returns and exchanges, and supporting photo services and online order pick-ups. Evening and weekend shifts are expected.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prior Walgreens experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Registers sales on assigned cash register and provides courteous checkout service.
• Engages customers and patients, greets them, and offers assistance with products and services.
• Keeps counters and shelves clean and well merchandised; stocks and prices merchandise as directed.
• Provides customer service in the photo area and supports web pick-up responsibilities.
