• Registers sales on assigned cash register and provides courteous checkout service.
• Engages customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Recommends items for sale and manages stock, displays, and price accuracy.
• Operates store systems and equipment and handles cash, refunds, returns, and exchanges.
• Keeps counters and shelves clean and merchandised; participates in inventory and resets.
• Assists with web pickup orders and exterior/interior store maintenance.
