Job summary

Walgreens is hiring for a front-line Retail Associate to deliver a distinctive customer experience in our stores across the United States. You will greet customers, help them find products, and process purchases at the register with courtesy and efficiency.

This role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends and may include photo-service duties, returns processing, and basic store maintenance. Prior retail experience is preferred, but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Preferred six months of retail experience.
• Preferred prior Walgreens experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Process purchases at the register and handle returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges.
• Keep store counters clean, merchandised, and maintain inventory records.
• Provide photo-area services including passport photos and poster prints.
• Assist with web pick-up and order fulfillment at the store.
• Follow company policies and ensure asset protection.
• Assist with merchandising displays and stock rotation.
