Job summary

Responsibilities include processing sales, returns, and exchanges, maintaining clean shelves, and supporting stock rotation and display upkeep. Prior retail experience is preferred and flexible scheduling is required.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Experience with Walgreens store systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Provides courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service at checkout.
• Registers customer purchases, processes returns, refunds, and exchanges as needed.
• Keeps counters and shelves clean and well merchandised and maintains records.
• Assists with product placement, stock rotation, and display resets as directed.
