Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Registers sales on assigned cash register and provides courteous checkout service.
Greets customers and offers assistance with products and services.
Resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive experience.
Keeps counters and shelves clean, merchandised, and inventories stock.
Implements asset protection procedures to minimize loss.
Complies with laws for regulated products (alcohol, tobacco).
Builds and restocks displays, including promos and seasonal items.
Recommends items and assists with stock rotation and returns when needed.
Provides photo-area service: passport photos, posters, and promo prints.
Manages web pick-up orders and delivers to customers.
