Responsibilities

• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services, resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Operates the register, handles cash, processes returns, exchanges, and refunds as needed.
• Keeps counters and shelves clean and well merchandised; assists with stock rotation and displays.
• Assists with photo services and web pick-up orders, including item pickup and promo items.
• Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures and maintains safe store conditions.
