Job summary

Walgreens in Greenville, SC is seeking a friendly Customer Service Associate to deliver fast, accurate checkout and helpful store assistance.

You will greet customers, answer questions, recommend products, handle cash and returns, and keep shelves tidy. You’ll support the photo center and web-order pickup while upholding safety and loss-prevention standards.

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends and prior retail experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Six months retail experience preferred.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Prior Walgreens experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and offer assistance with products and services.
• Provide courteous, friendly, and efficient checkout service at the register.
• Handle transactions, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges.
• Keep counters and shelves clean and merchandised; price and check in items.
• Assist with the photo area and web-pickup orders; deliver orders when needed.
• Maintain store appearance and follow asset protection procedures.
• Adhere to company policies and support teamwork.
