• Cross-trains to work in multiple areas to support business needs.
• Models customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Rings purchases/returns and counts change accurately per procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising standards and prepares merchandise for the floor.
• Processes and prepares merchandise following procedures.
• Initiates store recovery and maintains cleanliness.
• Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback.
• Adheres to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Supports shrink reduction goals and programs.
• Participates in safety awareness and maintains a safe environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
