Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, friendly, efficient checkout service at the cash register.
• Assist customers with products and services and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain counters and shelves; price merchandise; process returns, exchanges and rain checks as needed.
• Assist with store displays, merchandising, inventory, and promotions.
• Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service and pickup orders.
• Support web-pickup and order delivery to customers when they arrive at store.
• Maintain clean, orderly store conditions and comply with company policies.
