Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and offer assistance with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Operate assigned cash register, handle transactions, refunds, and exchanges.
• Keep counters and shelves clean and well merchandised, check in and price merchandise as directed.
• Provide customer service in the photo area (passport photos, posters, prints) and assist web pickup orders.
• Assist with exterior and interior maintenance and ensure store appearance daily.
