Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC in Peachtree City, Georgia is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. You will assist customers with questions, manage sales transactions at the cash register, and help keep the store welcoming and well organized.

Responsibilities include stocking merchandise, unloading shipments, ensuring cleanliness of the store and bathrooms, and maintaining a safe, respectful environment for customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets
• Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and colleagues
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, and trash removal
• Other duties as assigned
