Job summary

Dollar Tree in Mullins, SC seeks a Customer Service Associate to deliver a friendly shopping experience. You will assist customers, process transactions, stock shelves, and keep the store clean and organized.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and prior customer service in retail or related fields. You must be able to lift 30–50 lbs, stand for long periods, and communicate clearly with customers and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.

• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful store environment for customers and staff.
