Family Dollar Stores Of Texas LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide a friendly shopping experience at our Anahuac, TX store. You will assist customers, handle transactions at the register, and help maintain store cleanliness and stock levels.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, reliable teamwork, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs with standing and walking throughout shifts. Part-time opportunities are available with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and handle frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working a cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
