Job summary

Family Dollar is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our Providence store and deliver a positive shopping experience. You will assist customers, process sales at the register, and maintain a clean, well-stocked store environment.

The role requires good communication, reliability, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs. as needed. Part-time hours and a friendly team atmosphere are offered in a busy retail setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and perform repeated movement and duties.
• Strong customer service, organization, and communication skills are required.
