Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Foley, Alabama to help provide a friendly, efficient shopping experience. You will assist customers, process transactions at the register, and contribute to a clean, organized store environment.

Part-time position with opportunities to grow; you’ll handle stocking, unloading deliveries, and maintain safety and courtesy in interactions with customers and team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks; stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and associates.
