Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Fredericktown, MO to provide an outstanding shopping experience. You will assist customers, process transactions, and help keep shelves stocked and merchandised.

The role requires strong customer service skills, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to a clean, safe store. Part-time position with opportunities to support store operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and perform frequent movement.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and assist unloading trucks, stock replenishment per productivity standards.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Keep store clean and presentable, including bathrooms, floors, and trash.
• Other duties as assigned.
