Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Bristol, TN to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions, and help stock and maintain store cleanliness.

Key requirements include a high school diploma (preferred), prior customer service experience, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential for a friendly, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and colleagues.
• Maintain store cleanliness, restrooms, floors, trash, and overall neatness.
