Job summary

Michaels is seeking a customer-focused associate at our Greenville, NC store. You will help customers select framing options, operate the cash register, and ensure a clean, well-stocked store environment.

You will support SOPs, safety, and omni-channel processes to provide an outstanding shopping experience. The role involves assisting customers, completing framing orders on time, and maintaining department readiness.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate the framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Experience selling products and/or services to customers.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance.
• Build relationships with customers while creating Custom Framing solutions and meet sales targets.
• Complete framing orders with high quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and other areas including stock replenishment.
• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop for products.
• Operate cash register and cash handling to standards.
• Assist with Omni channel processes.
