Michaels in Roseville, MN is seeking a customer-focused associate to help clients create custom framing solutions and navigate our framing options. You will assist shoppers, build relationships, and maintain a well-organized store environment to ensure a positive shopping experience.

You will process framing orders with accuracy, operate the POS, and support both in-store and Omni channel processes to meet sales and production goals. Nights, weekends and early mornings required.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience preferred.

• Adhere to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Deliver custom framing solutions by building relationships with customers.
• Complete framing orders with high quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and other areas including SISO and Directed Replenishment.
• Deliver friendly customer service; help customers shop and find what they are looking for; keep store well merchandised and in-stock.
• Operate cash register and handle cash to standard.
• Assist with Omni channel processes.

Store - MSP-ROSEVILLE, MNBuild customer relationships while creating a memorable framing solution for their art. Help customers shop our store and be able to find what they’re looking for.
