BFS Foods in Weirton, WV is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to provide fast and friendly service at the store. The role reports to the General Manager and involves cashiering, stocking, and assisting customers throughout shifts.

The CSR is an hourly position with varying hours based on the General Manager's schedule; part-time or full-time availability is possible. Workers must read English, handle basic math, and maintain store appearance.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, understand, write, and communicate in English.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations when completing store forms.
• Ability to lift, carry and push up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to learn and work on a computer.

Responsabilités

• Cooperate with and interact in a productive way with fellow employees.
• Stock shelves and coolers as needed and retrieve merchandise for customers.
• Maintain store cleanliness including windows, floors, shelves, and trash areas.
• Possess ability to work and stand for up to eight hours and to work various shifts as scheduled by management.
