Job summary

Micro Center is seeking a self-motivated Retail Customer Service Representative/ Cashier to support the point-of-sale experience and help build lasting customer relationships. The role requires a high level of service, energy, and commitment to accuracy at checkout.

As part of our on-site team, you will merchandise, assist with inventory and open/close procedures, and contribute to a friendly, knowledgeable shopping environment that earns repeat visits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Sincere interest in helping customers and driving world‑class customer experiences.
• Ability to communicate professionally and handle multiple customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior service at the point of sale/checkout; build repeat business through customer satisfaction.
• Maintain the department by keeping a clean area, cycle counts, stocking and replenishing product, merchandising activities.
• Participate in open and close procedures.
• Support store operations by maintaining loss prevention awareness and helping with inventory.
