7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our store team. This entry-level role includes cash handling, fuel transactions, cleaning, stocking and foodservice tasks with potential food prep responsibilities.

Fine-tuned for customer service, the position emphasizes a positive attitude, teamwork, and opportunities for growth through our training programs. Previous retail experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Customer-first attitude with focus on meeting and exceeding expectations.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment for customers.
• Prepare and present food items (including coffee) as needed.
• Excel in cash handling, fuel transactions and promoting rewards programs.
• Follow health code guidelines and safety protocols.
