Meijer Great Lakes is seeking an entry-level Courtesy Team Member to support customer service and store operations. You’ll assist carts, keep areas tidy, and help across departments, contributing to a friendly, efficient shopping experience.

This role emphasizes reliability, communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team setting. Meijer rewards include weekly pay and development opportunities, with schedules designed for flexibility.

Formación

• Attention to detail is essential for organizing tasks and ensuring accuracy.
• Excellent listening and verbal communication skills are needed to assist customers and collaborate with teammates.
• Must be able to lift, carry, push, pull, bend and twist while handling product or equipment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail setting and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Cart attendants will ferry shopping carts from outside the store back to the store interior.
• Coordinating and collecting of the parking lot, lawn, and inside store trash.
• Safely use snow removal equipment for properly removing snow.
• Perishable and salvage returns.
• Basic store and restroom cleaning.
• Working with our service desk, store entrance, check lanes and parking lot areas.
• Working with departments: Health and Beauty Care, Hardlines, Fashion/Softlines, Pets, Hardware, Card and Party, Outdoor, Seasonal and Floral.
