As a Cosmetic Sales Colleague – also known as a Beauty Advisor – you are the trusted expert our customers turn to for all things beauty. You provide personalized beauty experiences, conduct product demonstrations, and give tailored consultations to build confidence and drive sales.

Daily Responsibilities

• Engage customers with a warm welcome and create friendly personal conversations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable sales floor, refresh signage and pricing, and assist with merchandise moves.
• Offer expert product knowledge, educate customers on application, and recommend products that match their needs.
• Grow and manage a loyal client base through follow‑up, virtual outreach, and personalized service, aiming to exceed sales goals.
• Share Loyalty program benefits and ensure customers finish with a sincere thank‑you.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays with dependable attendance.
• Excellent communication skills with customers, co‑workers, and supervisors.
• Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety procedures in English.
• At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience.
• Drive sales and client loyalty by maintaining an organized space, using clienteling tools, participating in sales events, and staying updated through training and vendor education.
• Meeting and surpassing daily sales goals.
• Responsible for acquiring new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits.
• Confident use of point‑of‑sale technology and digital tools.

Essential Physical Requirements

• Talk, lift, stand, and move continuously; lift at least 25 lbs.
• Stand for at least two consecutive hours, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and reach above eye level.
• Requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
• Frequent use of computers, handheld equipment, and cash registers.
