Job summary

Qualifications

  • Identify and recommend new technology to reduce costs, improve throughput, profitability and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

At ENGIE, our Retail Contract Management, Analyst II will implement and deliver the Service Management needs of internal and external customers including the management and reporting of all data required for customer account creation within systems. In this role, you will perform deal closing process, contract validation process, and contract setup process. The employee will support all related corporate capital and operational projects.

  • Manage all inbound and outbound data elements required for account creation and billing setup, as defined between ENGIE and our external vendors; this includes the validation, loading, and accurate setup for all products within the posted Service Level Agreement timeline
  • Validate Energy Contracts prior to mailing/emailing to end customers
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve various reporting activities including billing vendor performance analysis as well as department related process and data exceptions.
  • Escalate discrepancies where CRM updates are not allowed by internal setup guidelines to the sales organization, using email, phone calls and issue tracking system, relying on knowledge of internal setup guidelines, in order to resolve issues and to continue with the setup process
What You'll Bring

Compensation

Salary Range: $63,300 - $96,945 USD annually

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws. Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.

In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
