Palm Beach Tan - Johnson/Clarke, Inc. is hiring for a retail sales role at our salon. You will engage customers, provide beauty and wellness guidance, and promote tanning services while following safety and company guidelines. The position emphasizes team collaboration in a vibrant environment.

The role supports a flexible schedule and opportunities for growth, including training and development and potential signing bonus for top performers.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 18 years old.
• Retail, customer service or sales experience helpful but not required.
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for up to 7 hours per day.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Meet and exceed sales goals (measured daily, weekly, and monthly).
• Provide professional, upbeat customer consultations.
• Educate customers on skin care, wellness options, and tanning services while following company guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon environment.
• Handle cash transactions and oversee opening/closing duties.
• Complete daily administrative tasks and track goals.

Your Responsibilities:
