Meta is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead the end-to-end construction of new Meta Retail stores, from design to opening. You will drive planning, budgeting, and risk management while coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality retail experiences that enhance the brand.

You will manage schedules, vendor contracts, and turnover targets, with 50% travel to Meta Retail sites and a focus on safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management or equivalent work experience.
• 12+ years of experience in construction project management, including planning, budgeting, and delivery of construction projects.
• Multi-Project experience in large scale construction management, mission critical, infrastructure, and/or retail construction.
• General knowledge of civil, structural, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of capital budget management and contract administration.
• Negotiation skills and experience providing solutions to problems.
