Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. is hiring a Co Team Leader for our new Manistee, MI location. You will lead a sales team, oversee merchandising, and drive a positive associate and customer experience.

The role focuses on payroll budgeting, expenses, and ensuring financial and operational goals are met, with a strong emphasis on Ollie’s core values and service standards.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ retail management experience with a mid to large size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holiday seasonal on a regular basis.
• Must have a valid Driver’s license.

The Co Team Leader is required to provide leadership for the successful operation of the entire sales floor and receiving area. The CTL creates and leads a sales team that is passionate about selling merchandise and ensuring a good associate and customer experience. Responsibilities include all aspects of merchandising, Associate development, customer service, and financial oversight.

Primary Responsibilities

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required

• Must have a valid Driver’s license

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a safe manner.
