Job summary

CROSSMARK is seeking a Retail Merchandising Representative in Norman, Oklahoma. This part-time role involves promoting nationally distributed products in convenience stores, building displays, and maintaining planograms. You will travel to multiple stores within a territory and report to store management to drive shelf presence.

Ideal candidates are 21+, comfortable with smart devices, reliable drivers, and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. Retail or customer service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be comfortable using a smart device.
• Ability to work independently with integrity and professionalism.
• Physical ability to regularly lift 25lbs and occasionally up to 50lbs.
• Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple stores in a territory.
• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gain shelf placement by selling new and promotional items.
• Build displays and stock shelves with products.
• Build rapport with store management and staff.
• Ensure planogram compliance with correct pricing and signage.
• Monitor inventory levels and suggest order quantities to management.
