Job summary

Meijer in Michigan is hiring a Store Team Member to ensure shelves are stocked and our customers have a great shopping experience. You will stock shelves, move products from pallets to shelves, and assist leadership to keep areas on schedule.

This role requires teamwork, the ability to learn basic technology, and physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs. Overnight shifts and a supportive, family‑oriented environment are part of our promise to grow with you.

Qualifications

• Comfortable learning and using basic technology.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with teamwork and organization.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves with a variety of food and grocery products.
• Move product from pallets or carts to the correct shelf locations efficiently and accurately.
• Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in designated back-room areas.
• Work closely with leadership to ensure assigned areas are completed on time.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers when needed.
• Work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
