Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Supports and embodies a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Maintains floor care cleanliness standards and operates scrubber/buffer.
• Maintains store cleanliness across Sales Floor, Backroom, Restrooms, and Associate areas.
• Follows Health and Safety policies and replenishes essential items in Lounge/Restrooms/Front End.
• Cross-trained in Backroom, Front End, Sales Floor, etc.
• Supports Front End coverage needs and signage standards.
• Participates in store recovery and safety initiatives.
• Adheres to loss prevention controls and shrink reduction.
• Communicates effectively with management and Associates.
• Adheres to labor laws and break policies.
• Supports safe work environment and safety awareness.
• Other duties as assigned.
