Qualifications

• Must be of legal age to sell alcohol and tobacco products.
• Pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Must have the ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend the English language at a level sufficient to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds.
• Must have the ability to perform repetitive movements over long periods of time.
• Must be able to bend, kneel, stoop, and reach (including overhead).
• Ability to successfully work in varying and extreme temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with questions about products or services offered.
• Provide friendly, efficient checkout experience for customers.
• Operate the cash register, money order machine, and credit card terminal.
• Stock shelves, price items, and ensure shelves are neat and labeled.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety; report hazards as needed.
