Job summary

Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores Inc. is hiring friendly cashiers to deliver fast, accurate service in a busy store environment. No experience? No problem—we’ll teach you the basics and help you grow with in-house training.

You'll handle customer transactions, assist with product questions, maintain clean facilities, and work as part of a flexible, team-oriented crew. Join a long-standing family-owned company with strong growth opportunities and benefits.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Ability to balance a cash register and process transactions.
• Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds and work in various temperatures.

Responsibilities

• General customer service duties including helping customers find items, answering questions about products and services, and addressing customer needs.
• Balancing a cash register by completing customer transactions and offering additional sales opportunities while following all state and local laws.
• Use a variety of methods and technology to ensure proper food safety conditions of our fresh food and deli products.
• Responsibility for cleaning your direct working area, the sales floor, restrooms, showers, gas/diesel pumps, and completing trash runs.
• Additional duties could include cross training in other departments such as Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
• Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds.Ability to work in various temperatures.
