Job summary

Great Escape Parks is seeking friendly retail team members to help guests find the perfect keepsakes, from candy and keychains to apparel and fudge. You’ll provide fast, friendly guest service, operate the register, and keep merchandise organized and inviting.

With a focus on customer satisfaction and Six Flags Mantra, this role offers on‑site work, weekend/holiday availability, paid training, and opportunities for advancement in a year‑round environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, bend, and reach throughout your shift.
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to policies for Friendly, Clean, Fast and Safe Guest Service to positively impact the guest experience.
• Greet guests and ask about their favorite ride as they enter the store or approach the register.
• Operate registers and ring up merchandise.
• Keep aisles, countertops, and displays clean and stocked with merchandise.
• Suggest souvenirs to help guests find their perfect keepsake.
• Tell shoppers about attractions passes and rental upgrades to increase sales.
• Be alert for store security and loss prevention.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and uphold Six Flags Mantra.
