Job summary

Jacksons Food Stores is seeking enthusiastic Cashier Floaters to support multiple store locations within a designated region. Earn $20.70–$22.00 per hour with overtime-like overnight premium and full-time benefits including medical, dental, vision, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability for nights, weekends and holidays.
• Willing to travel to different locations and cover various shifts.
• Retail or cashier experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
• Able to work independently while being part of a team.
• Comfortable with fast-paced environments and multitasking.
• Committed to doing the right thing and leading by example.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with a smile and a friendly attitude.
• Provide fast, accurate checkout and share promotions or discounts.
• Stock and rotate products on shelves and in coolers.
• Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the store.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
• Follow all laws regarding the sale of restricted items (alcohol, tobacco).
• In Oregon (and where needed), assist with fueling and windshield cleaning.
• Book Floaters: Reconcile paperwork and complete daily deposits.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed.
