Job summary

Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores Inc. is seeking friendly cashiers to join our fast-paced team. You will provide fast, accurate service to customers, assist with product questions, and help maintain a clean, welcoming store environment.

No experience? No problem—training will be provided. You may cross-train in other departments and handle duties like restaurant services and facility maintenance. You should be able to lift 25+ pounds and work in varying temperatures.

Qualifications

• General customer service duties including helping customers find items, answering questions about products and services, and addressing customer needs.
• Balancing a cash register by completing customer transactions and offering additional sales opportunities to customers while following all state and local laws.
• Use a variety of methods and technology to ensure proper food safety conditions of our fresh food and deli products.
• Responsibility for cleaning your direct working area, the sales floor, restrooms, showers, gas/diesel pumps, and completing trash runs.
• Additional duties could include cross training in other departments such as Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
• Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds. Ability to work in various temperatures.
